Angelina Jolie's Movie Posters Banned in U.K

Two movie posters for Angelina Jolie's hit action flick "Wanted" have been banned by the U.K.'s Advertising Standards Authority, upholding public complaints that the sexy, weapon-baring promotional images glamorize the use of guns and violence and are unsuitable for children.

Seventeen complaints were lodged against the ads, one of which features Jolie draped over the hood of a car brandishing guns. In another ad, costar James McAvoy is pointing two pistols directly toward the camera, above what the ASA deemed to be "aspirational text."

"We acknowledged most viewers would understand the posters reflected the content of an action film," the ASA said in a statement. "However, we considered that because the ads featured a glamorous actress, action poses, several images of, or related to guns and aspirational text, they could be seen to glamorize the use of guns and violence."

Angelina Jolie Planning for a French Film

Angelina Jolie is considering making a major splash into the foreign film market - by starring in a French movie. The new mom has spent the summer in the French countryside, and gave birth to twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline in nearby Nice in July-- and now she's a firm Francophile.

Jolie, whose late mother Marcheline Bertrand was French, has been studying the language for years and tells German magazine Focus she would be interested in taking part in a French film - if she was asked.

She says, "When I can really speak it (French), then maybe I'll audition for a French film... I truly am interested; more and more fantastic films are coming out of Europe and other cultures."

Angelina Jolie suffering from postnatal depression

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is struggling with depression ever since the birth of her twins Vivienne and Knox two months ago.

The actress is exhausted by the sleepless nights caused due to her twins' constant weeping and has called in doctors over concerns for her newborns' health, reports dailymail.co.uk.

According to the National Enquirer, the babies are said to be suffering from colic, a common but largely unexplained condition that causes repeated episodes of excessive and inconsolable crying.

Another magazine In Touch has stated that the babies' constant state of distress has caused Jolie to slip into 'depression mode', prompting fears she may be suffering post-natal depression.

“The 33-year-old has been trying to control her emotions around her older children Maddox, 7, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2, but her mood swings have been hard on the entire family,” said a source. The source added: “She cries at the drop of a hat and laughs at inappropriate times.”

Angelina fears her kids will be kidnapped

After giving birth to twins, Angelina Jolie is keeping a low profile and is all the time attending to her kids, for she fears that her children will be kidnapped, it has emerged.

According to reports Jolie is refusing to "leave" the French chateau she shares with Brad Pitt.

"If one of them is unaccounted for for more than 30 seconds she gets hysterical,” the Sydney Morning Herald quoted a pal, as saying.

According to Grazia, Jolie is a "virtual recluse" because she "has not been seen in public for at least two months.”

In fact, the publication also warned that Jolie "has long struggled to maintain a healthy weight" and "wants Brad to cut all ties with anything to do with Jen(Jennifer Aniston).”
